Steven Durow

As an artist, I feel the process used to create a work is as important as the finished art itself. My philosophy focuses on the use of sustainable design and environmental integrity. For this work, all the elements used to create the sculpture were made from recycled materials.

The form of the sculpture references the monumental Mo’ai of Easter Island, vigilantly watching over their long-forgotten makers.
